Easy Exchanges — No Questions Asked
- If your scrunchie isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit — no questions asked.
- Just make sure it’s unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Refunds
- Refunds are available if your scrunchie arrives faulty or damaged.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo so we can help quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on scrunchies that have been worn or used.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrived faulty or damaged.
